Glass Cutting Machine
We offer various types and sizes of glass cutting machines to meet the different production capacity requirements and factory space constraints of our customers.
This CNC glass cutting machine integrates the loading, cutting, and breaking onto a single worktable, resulting in a compact footprint. However, because the loading, cutting, and breaking processes must be performed sequentially—with each step completed before the next begins—there is significant idle time, which leads to lower production capacity.
In this model, the loading and cutting processes are integrated onto a single worktable, with a separate breaking table positioned at the front. Once loading and cutting are complete, the glass is transported to the breaking table, allowing the rear worktable to immediately begin the next round of loading and cutting. This increases overall production capacity.
This automatic glass cutting machine features separate stations for loading, cutting, and breaking the glass. Since each station can operate independently, there is no downtime, which significantly boosts efficiency. Furthermore, the loading table can be designed to move back and forth, allowing for additional glass storage positions on both sides; this reduces the need for frequent glass replenishment and results in a higher level of automation.
Telescopic-Arm Automatic Loading — A telescopic arm handles glass loading, replacing the conventional design in which the whole machine had to move to pick up the sheet. Loading is now fully automatic and requires no manual intervention.
Anti-Sticking Function for Glass Loading — CZCNC CNC glass cutting machine has anti-sticking (sheet separation) function to prevent two glass sheets from being picked up together due to vacuum adhesion, effectively eliminating the safety hazard caused by double-sheet handling.
Pneumatic Ejector Rods on the Breaking Table — Horizontal and vertical ejector rods driven by cylinders make sheet separation after cutting quick and convenient. After cutting, the glass is transferred by synchronous conveyor belts and the air-flotation system to the breaking table, where breaking is carried out smoothly and safely.
Automatic Cutting Pressure Control — A high-precision pressure regulating valve controls the cutting head pressure, delivering uniform output for clean scoring lines that break easily. No manual pressure adjustment when switching thicknesses; the system automatically matches the optimal pressure to the original sheet thickness.
High-Precision Servo Drive with Helical Rack Transmission — Equipped with high-precision servo motors and a helical rack-and-pinion transmission, the machine maintains long-term positioning accuracy and structural stability while delivering fast, smooth cutting cycles.
Advanced Control System for Higher Speed and Safety — An advanced control platform increases running speed, strengthens safety protection, and keeps the entire system efficient and stable — even under continuous production.
Automatic Glass Edge Detection and Positioning — The system automatically detects the actual position and deflection angle of the glass sheet, then corrects the cutting path of the cutting head accordingly — eliminating manual alignment and maximizing cutting efficiency.
Air-Flotation Cutting and Breaking Tables — Both tables are fitted with air holes. Centrifugal blowers supply high-pressure airflow that floats the glass, allowing it to be moved or repositioned effortlessly while protecting the surface from scratches.
