Q1: How to Install the CO2 laser marker?

You will receive a completed machine but not machine parts, customers do not need to install it and can use it directly.

Q2: How to operate the machine? is training necessary?

The machine is mainly controlled by software. It’s very easy, not complicated. Before shipment, we will make a simple operation manual with pictures and provide user manual of software. Generally speaking, an operator, who is not familiar with fiber laser marking machine before can still operate it very well.

Q3: In case the machine has problems, how to do after sales service?

We provide two years of machine warranty. During the two years warranty, in case the machine exists problems, we will provide new parts free of charge by express. But as for the parts damaged by artificially, it does not fall within our warranty list. After the warranty, we still provide lifetime repair service.

Q4: What’s the package?

We have 3 layers package. For the outside is a plywood case. In the middle, the machine is covered by foam, to protect the machine from shaking. For the inside layer, the machine is covered by a waterproof plastic bag.

Q5: What’s the delivery time?

Lead time is 4 - 7 working days after receive the payment.

Q6: Can we add a protection cover?

Yes, we can add a protection cover if you need it. We can customize the design as customers’ requests.
