The client had two main requirements:

1. Write letters and numbers on the prepregs.

2. Cut the prepreg at different angles, 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°. Better mechanical properties are obtained when the four pieces prepregs are glued together.

1. The prepreg cutting machine comes with a mark pen tool. Can write numbers and letters on carbon fiber.

2. Arrange the cut shapes according to 0°, 45°, 90°, 135° in the software. Import the graphics into the prepregs cutting machine. The carbon fiber cutting machine cuts out the desired shape according to the drawing.
